ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Summer School is open for ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï full-time and part-time students, students from other universities and international students, alumni, and Consortium Exchange Program students.

Summer School students are allowed to take 3 courses maximum, no auditing is allowed.

1) Application procedures:

  • On-line registrationÌýfor ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Summer School will be conducted fromÌýMay 26, 2025, to June 9, 2025.ÌýSummer SchoolÌýschedule will be posted on the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï website byÌýMay 23, 2025 (the course list will be updated on a daily basis upon submission of schedules by departments). Summer School students are allowed to enroll for credits only; no auditing is allowed.Ìý The maximum academic load is 18 credit hours.

  • Non-ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï students have to download ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Summer School Application, fill it out andÌýÌýsend viaÌýe-mail to kadirova_g@auca.kg.Ìý

Ìý

  • Non-ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï students who are Kyrgyz Republic citizens have to submit applicationÌýform a week prior to the beginning of classes.

  • Current ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï students can enroll in summer courses by submitting study cards electronically through ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï online Registration system fromÌýMay 26, 2025, to June 9, 2025.Ìý Electronic study cards with advisors’ approvals should be submitted to Registrar’s Office to complete the registration process. Please note that you need to pay Summer School tuition in advance to get access to online registration. 2) Grading System and Record:

  • Summer School will follow the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï's grading system;
  • ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï full-time and part-time students will have their grades included in their ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï transcripts;
  • External students will receive ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï transcripts.
