Program Structure and Content

The TALENT program is a two-year, in-person, practice-oriented evening program held at the سԹ campus in Bishkek. It combines core courses, applied learning, research training, elective courses and the Master Thesis.

First Year

Students begin with foundational courses such as “Talent Management”, “Work, Organization and Society”, “Research Methods in Talent Management”, and “Employment Law”. Elective options enable students to deepen their studies and supplement core learning within the program’s interdisciplinary scope. In the spring semester, the focus shifts to “Work Motivation”, “Strategic Aspects of Human Potential Development”, and “Individual, Groups and Organization” courses, alongside an internship and the start of work on a dissertation at the “Master Thesis Seminar”.

Second Year

In their second year, students deepen and expand their knowledge within the interdisciplinary program, taking courses such as "Cross-Cultural and Comparative Research in Talent Management," "Applied Human Resource Management," and "Ethical and Legal Issues in Organizations." They complete Emotional Intelligence Training and continue working on their theses. Through elective courses, students enrich and extend their studies in areas aligned with the program’s focus.

Master Thesis

The program culminates with the Master Thesis defense, allowing students to integrate theory, applied empirical research, and practical insights into a comprehensive project addressing real organizational challenges.
